The Daily Routine
A habit is a mindless routine you don't have to think about, even when you have not had your first cup of coffee. Real change happens when you establish habits and following them every day,and for the rest of you life.
- Drink my first Cup of coffee
- Stager to the scale and weigh myself
- Breakfast
1/2 cup Eggbeaters, 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal, 1/4 cup Calorie Countdown Milk
or Belgian Waffles, Sugar Free Syrup on the weekend
Measure out 1 liter or 1 quart of water, sip till lunch time
- Walk for 30-40 minutes before work day starts.
- Three days a week do strength building exercises
Record progress in my journal.
Recording your progress means you don't have to remember what you did last week..
- Morning Snack
6 Walnuts, (limit 15 per day)
or 6 hazelnuts, (limit 15 per day)
or 1 sugar Free gelatin, or 1 piece of string cheese.
- Lunch
Some sort of salad and grilled chicken, or 1 cup frozen vegetable and grilled chicken.
Measure out 1 liter or 1 quart of water, sip till end of work time
- Afternoon Snack
6 Walnuts, (limit 15 per day)
or 6 hazelnuts,
(limit 15 per day)
or
1 sugar Free gelatin,
or 1 piece of string cheese.
- Dinner
Here is where the cookbooks helps: Select a vegetable or two and select a lean meat. Enjoy sugar free gelatin and Cool Whip topping for desert.
- Evening Snack
