Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Olive oil is about 10% linoleic acid (an omega-6 oil) and about 1% linolenic acid (an omega-3 oil), therefore the ratio is 10:1

Flax Seed Oil
- Flax Seed Oil is a wonderful diatary suppliment
- It can also be used in salad oils that will never be heated.
- High in Omega 3 fats, however this oil is very unstable.
- When the bottle is opened, it should be used within two months or discarded.
- This oil has a low smoke point and should never be used for cooking. It's great in salad dressings which will not be used to marinade meat or chicken.
- Once the original bottle is opened, keep this oil refrigerated.
- The oil is also sensative to light and should only be stored in a dark bottle.
